Terms & Conditions

Design fee

A $1,000.00, non-refundable, design fee is due before design work commences. Upon commission approval, the design fee will be credited to the final commission payment.

Product Cost and Payment

Commission fabrication can commence upon receipt of a non-refundable 50% deposit and final drawings approval. The commission balance is due upon fabrication completion. No work will be released before receipt of full payment.

Pricing does not include applicable sales taxes, shipping and handling fees or any on-site assembly charges.

On-site assembly charges

If requested, StudioRossi will perform on-site assembly. Client will be responsible for travel costs, lodging and labor charges specified in commission agreement.

Shipping & Handling

StudioRossi utilizes a variety of shipping methods ranging from UPS to white glove services. Your order will be shipped via the most expedient and cost effective method we deem appropriate. Shipping times and fees will vary based upon method employed and time of year.

Termination fee

Should you terminate the project after the non-refundable deposit receipt has been received, an additional 25% termination fee will be due upon project cancellation.

Refunds & Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of our work and the natural variations found in the materials used.
