Our furniture is made to order, requiring lead times prior to shipping. Due to high demand, lead times may vary. Most orders take between 12 to 18 weeks to build. For more information on current lead times, please contact us at info@StudioRossi.us or visit the contact page.
We offer a one (1) year warranty from the date of delivery against defects in manufacturing. Items with defects resulting from manufacturing will be replaced or repaired at StudioRossi’s sole discretion.
Our finishes are carefully applied for beauty and protection and our stains are hand mixed and applied. This coupled with the natural variations in wood grain and tone create a spectrum of variation which are part of the craftsmanship, beauty and signature look of our work. We select wood for every component based on color, grain pattern and strength. Minor knots, checks or voids in the wood are considered part of wood’s natural beauty and along with the other variations mentioned above are not considered as defects . Exposure to extremes of temperature, humidity, UV light, and chemical cleaners can cause changes in the color and feel of a finish and are not covered under this warranty. We recommend that our furniture, like all fine wood furniture, be placed in areas that have minimal exposure to UV light. Some change in tone over the life of your furniture is a natural part of the aging and patina process and is not considered a defect.
While we do not offer returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of our work, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with any shipping or manufacturing issues.
Everything is built in our facility on Massachusetts’ North Shore.
Our products are made from high quality, natural materials that are carefully selected to fit within our standard for strength and beauty. Naturally occurring variations such as changes in tone, grain pattern and minor checks, knots, inclusions are not considered defects.
Other than our outdoor furniture, we do not recommend using our furniture in an outdoor capacity.
The following are some suggested “best practices” for the care of fine wood furniture:
Avoid environments with extreme changes of temperature, humidity or sun exposure.
Immediately clean spills with a soft damp cloth.
For wood surfaces, gently dust with a soft, dry cloth. For further cleaning, a slightly damp, soft cloth can be used.
Never Use:
- Soaps/Abrasive Cleaners/Alkaline products
- Ammonia water
- Bleach
- Essential Oil cleaners
- Citrus Oil
Use trivets under hot items and coasters under beverages. Use tablecloths or placemats under dinnerware.
During the first 6-12 months the patina on your furniture may darken very quickly. Daylight and air naturally color the wood with subtlety. To ensure the most even coloring, objects left on tabletops and case pieces should be moved or rotated frequently during this initial time period.
And a few words about leather . . .
StudioRossi selects leather for its softness, durability and natural characteristics. Healed scars, scratches, wrinkles, and slight color variations authenticate the leather and should not be considered flaws. Use only high quality leather cleaners as directed.
