Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Shipping & Handling

StudioRossi utilizes a variety of shipping methods ranging from UPS to white glove services. Your order will be shipped via the most expedient and cost effective method we deem appropriate. Shipping times and fees will vary based upon method employed and time of year.

If your furniture arrives with shipping damage, you must report it to us within 48 hours of receipt. In most cases, we can resolve these issues quickly by working directly with our shipping partners.
